I am a tenure-track assistant professor at Florida International University. From 2010 until 2014, I was an assistant professor in the philosophy department at Wellesley College. I study the history of modern philosophy, focusing on questions of mind and psychology in the 17th Century. My specialty is Spinoza, but lately I've been working on Margaret Cavendish as well.
